Occam Defense Solutions Inc. offers a 60 day refund policy. After the 60 days, all returns will be processed as in-store credits. You MUST return the product from where you purchased it from.
All returns must include the original invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact email, and RMA number. Returns, refunds, and exchanges can take up to two weeks, not including transit times.
Please contact Occam Defense Solutions Inc. by email or phone to receive a RMA number. DO NOT return ANYTHING until you have made contact with Occam Defense Solutions Inc. to receive a RMA number.
Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds.
When you are returning merchandise, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking numbers and that you place the full value of insurance on the parcels. Occam Defense Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us.
